Waiting for responses from Research Labs

I just signed up and I have sent and requested two product searches from the Research Labs and it's taking forever for it to generate reports. Is this common? Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Thank you for responding and looking in to my issue. Yes - I do have another question: I looked up several the SaleHoo listed wholesalers and noticed that many of them list and sell their own products off their web site. Seems like they might not be legitimate wholesalers. Is this common? Thanks again for the help.

Just want to let you know that the SaleHoo Research Lab is now fixed and working. :)

Yes, you may encounter supplier websites that use the site for retail sales, and as long as they have a wholesale program for resellers, offering their products for individual purchases does not disqualify them as wholesale suppliers. You may apply for their wholesale purchase (with wholesale pricing) usually by registering online, or sending an application, and instructions for this is provided in their wholesale program link.
