I tried helping Richelle with this search, and I did search high and low.. but I unfortunately failed to locate any supplier that drop ships these designer brand prom dresses. I came across one retail online store similar to newyorkdress.com ~ Link hidden: Login to view (has most of the brands you like, and can send internationally) but that's about it. :(

With prom season coming to a close, there should be tons of deals on designer dresses in just a few weeks -- even if you can't find an online shop that will ship to Russia explicitly, you could probably either arrange with a third party to reship, and in some cases where the outfit doesn't ship to Russia, if you contact them and say you want to pick up $x worth of stuff, and are willing to pay for the extra shipping, they might very well make you a deal. As with any other seasonal and fashion-sensitive item, the name of the game once the peak season is ended is "Clear 'em out" -- be more aggressive with the retailers and you might be suprised what kind of deals you can put together (really, this applies to retailers in any seasonal/fashion market.) Most designers have existing outlets and restrictions on off price reselling, but being outside of the US, the export status of the merchandise may actually play in your favour against those restrictions (since they won't be showing up in a thrift shop a block away from the retailer.)
