Mk Enterprise problem

Hi,

I just started with this company, i paid on the 13th of March and my item still hasn't shipped.

My emails are not being answer to explain why the shipment is taking so long, does anyone know how i can get in contact with someone for this website to help me out more? are they reliable for fast shipping?

I emailed benson, but he has stopped emailing me. Anyone having problems with them lately.

All I did was did a bank wire to them for the amount of a cell phone i want to buy to ship to my house, this was done on the 13th of march.

But the status still shows paid and not sent yet. I can't get no on to reply to me now. I use MK Enterprise because alot of people here recommend them. But their customer support is so poor, i will lose my customer and have bad feedback because they won't give me an answer as to what is going on. I hope someone can contact them for me and see if that company is still alive or not.

Thanks for the help. I finally got an answer from them, and they told me the same thing they emailed you. But that's all the answer I needed from them, I spend one week trying to get some sort of answer from them and all they needed to do was email me and say they didn't have any in stock. But I did get a email stating they will ship my item out within 48 hours on Wednesday of lastweek also, so i'm gonna keep my fingers cross.

what is the margin of profit you get when you dealing with retailers posing as wholesalers and dropshippers? Is'nt it doing marketing and sales work for these retailer?

I am personally not a fan of MK. I think some buyers do make a margin profit with this company but I have heard not always good reviews about them. I don't know for sure if they have ever ripped anyone off but the CS is terrible.

They may give a better service to Salehoo members since they have ads on the seller page.
