Import duties for DS electronic items/gadgets to NZ

I am trying to figure out if I start this business of drop shipping for NZ market, how much import duty will need to be paid. Who pays the import duty. As a seller, will I be paying or customer pays it. If someone can shed some light on this topic that would be great. Cheers

Hi Vikramjeet, welcome to the forum,

Any applicable import duties will be charged to the receiver, so to your customer not to you. Bare in mind that NZ does have a GST free limit, so most smaller drop-shipped items are never going to be an issue.
