Hi there!

Just curious, did they confirm if they are under the same company then? I can't find any info re this on either websites but I ordered from NewChic and the shipping confirmation came from Banggood. Not a big issue if they are the same company but can be confusing especially with regards to tracking orders.

This was Newchic's reply on this matter:

Actually newchic and banggood are two different companies occupied by two different bosses, while they work in the same office.

Nonetheless I have forwarded this to Newchic's rep to SaleHoo so they can check out your order.
