No problems at all, just select settings at the top right hand side on the screen to edit your profile details. If you find anything there that you can't edit, like your SaleHoo id for example, just let me know and I'll arrange to have that done for you.

Yes, I try to pay salehoo membership.

But there is an error when I final click the pay button.

I have tried several times, always informed me this issue.

Not sure what is happening there with PayPal. I've checked with support and no one is aware of any gateway issues currently, so the best idea is to pay it manually directly to Link hidden: Login to view

Before you do, I just want to clarify that you don't need to pay for membership to apply for directory approval, that's a free application process. Membership gives you access to the directory to search for suppliers, so they are two different things in case you were unsure.

That should auto upgrade for you straight away after payment confimation is received. PM me if that hasn't happened with your PayPal id and I'll have support activate that for you.

We are really keen to be a approvaled supplier here.

But it really take a long time.

Late time Shane said it only need about two or three business day that we can get the result.

But now, She said it need about two or three weeks. It is toooooo long for waiting.

If you could give us some advice or push your company to get it fast would be highly appriciated.
