Banggood.com - feedback needed

Hello!

After a lot of time looking for dropshipping method in different website that SaleHoo bring it to me, I decided to start and try luck with Banggood.

I saw that they have a wholesale in Europe and it looks like they are always active here and trying to solving problems fast (something that is very important for me in this initial stage).

I want to start my own store with Shopify and then work with Banggood products. (I will not sell products on Ebay or Etsy)

I will appreciate to listen ideas, options, opinions and feedback about Banggood and also if you have a similar website let me know to compare.

I am new in this method, and i want to start at least with a safe supplier.

Not recommended. poor service

They sent an order to a customer recently and half the parts were missing and was bad quality. I asked them for a refund and had to contact them 5 time and threaten to file complaints and they finally offered to send me $20 BUT the order was for $46. How is less than half a refund?
