how do I find the product after I find it in market research lab?

You can search for our own approved suppliers in the directory Link hidden: Login to view to see if you can source the product. If you aren't able to find a verified supplier there, you can email Link hidden: Login to view with details on what it is you are wanting to source and the support team will do their best to source it for you.

Hello,

when I try to check which supplier sells a particular new, hot, .. products, I got several suppliers. Let's say, if it is a camera, I can get many suppliers and not neese rely they sell that particular item. If I missed something, please guide me. I wish I could get a supplier for that particular product which I am looking. Yes, it is possible that several suppliers can have it, but some of them it really doesn't look like it. I wish the system had been just to the point.

Hi Elizabeth,

The search engine is keyword tuned, so if you enter something like "camera", it will deliver all results with "camera" in them. So that could be everything from cameras themselves, to camera bags, camera phones, camera cleaning products and so on. If you want to narrow the search right down, then it's best to use very specific search terms to id your product, that will give you the best chance of bringing up lose leads.

Thank you so much for your fast reply. Actually, I just click the item and it takes me to the kind of directory. I didn't put a word in the search box. Just fro what I have seen like, high demand items, things like that.

Hi Elizabeth,

There are some branded products in the lab that are only sold directly by manufacturers or by authorized distributors. Do note that a lot of high end products protect their brand value by limiting their distribution channels. When you click on the "Suppliers" link/button, our system will generate a search that gives you related items of that specific item from the lab. The results will give you possible suppliers of these products.

Sorry for my outdated and confusing advice above Elizabeth. The Research Lab has been revamped and for some reason I was still stuck thinking of it as it used to be lol.

I think I'll just go for a quick nap and recharge the brain :(
