95% feedback on eBay:stay with current account or start new?

i am a seller on ebay.fr since a few years, and i want to sell with drop shipping now, i have 500 feed back and 20 bad feed back so i have a rate of 95 % good feed back. do you think it is enough to start again with this account or create a new ?

i had problem with chinese product it is why i had bad feedback

Interesting problem.

20 negs out of 500 isn't a major issue for most people these days, especially if the negs are older and the more current feedback is positive. If the current feedback is where all the negs are, then I would seriously consider starting a new account personally.
