The forum is here for multiple reasons, assisting with general inquiries, giving advice, helping with tech problems and so on. The directory is there for members to search for suitable VERIFIED SUPPLIERS for the products they are looking for. Now while we try to cover as many products as we can, our directory only holds VERIFIED SUPPLIERS and the only way a supplier can be verified is through passing an application process to verify they are indeed who they say they are and that they are safe to deal with for our members.
There are going to be times when we just don't have suppliers listed who carry certain items, for example "Bridal Purses" Now I'm not saying that we don't, but with something that specific, then we may not. In these events, what our support team will do for members is actually try and source them supplier leads from outside of our directory for them to follow up with if they wish.
All we ask in return is that if a member needs that extra assistance, then they make just a tiny effort that takes approximately 30 seconds of their day to let the support team know, as they are usually too busy doing other important work for other members to be constantly monitoring the forum.
Now if you would prefer to not email them and just leave your inquiry on the forum, then that's perfectly fine, but do not then expect a fast response to your request. You will simply have to wait until someone from the support team has the time to get to read your request. Of course it's up to you to choose, the fast, direct or the who knows how long way .....
