ok this may be a stupid question or maybe its just me being Vain.

Why is it that my posts show me as a new member after being with SaleHoo

almost since its beginning. I'm an old member and I want be something other than a new member. See theres that vanity showing its ugly head. Is it perhaps because I don't post a lot?

lol, nothing wrong with a little vanity every now and then.

You are in fact completely correct, it's not based on the amount of membership time, but the amount of posts contributed to the forum that your membership is graded by.

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I had a feeling that not posting often was the reason ,now I know for sure. What can I say, I am a quiet lurker.

I do enjoy Salehoo though. In fact I saw that this weeks Monday Blog featured a candle and scent supply company that I used years ago. I was very happy to see that. You guys keep up the good work. This is a good site if

people take the time and learn how to use the resources here.

Who knows maybe I will even take the time to get involved and post more so that some day I can become an old senior member too!

Hi, my name is Natalie (Nat will do). I am very new to all of this. I cannot access the training video?? How do I do this and how do I post a new post instead of tacking onto someone else's post?? Sorry, Nat

Hello Nat,

Welcome to SaleHoo! May I know what training video are you trying to access? We have several so kindly specify which one so we can help you out accordingly.

To start a new thread (make a new post), click on the category that best fits the topic you are going to post about, such as Starting out Importing, and then click on the green Start a New Topic button at the top right.

Enter a short title for your post in the subject line and put your question/comment in the large box.

Check the "subscribe to this topic" box if you want to be emailed every time someone replies to your post.

When you are ready to send your post to the forum, scroll down and click the Post button.

Hope this helps! Talks soon :)

Hello!

I am new here!, I just want to know How can I get the prices?, for example, if I want to sell a Samsung Galaxy S2, I know you can give me the provider, but, if I want to know wich is the best seller (wich one has the better prices) ... do I have to review provider by provider by clicking in their website and checking by myself, or there is an easier option to get it?

Thank you!

Hi Angie,

To get the actual prices of products you do have to contact the supplier direct, we don't display prices because there are too many variables that can effect prices. For example, limited time special offers from different suppliers, prices based on volume sales and so on.

Most supplier website will carry their up to date prices. However, when wanting to deal in volume, we always recommend that you ignore website prices and contact the supplier direct. That allows you to discuss the volume you want to purchase and gives them the ability to provide you with a discounted wholesale rate based on that amount of volume.
