Anybody else having problems with Research Lab?

Hi Chaps

I have been trying to search for products to see how they are in demand and tonight after only two searches I have reached my maximum allowance?? and not only that but I got no results at all because the screen just kept going blank.

I know I am not the brightest bulb in the pack but I am sure it's not me, plus I cannot delete any of my previous nights search results.

help please

Hello Simon,

Sorry for the inconvenience. However, I was able to run the Research Labs and fetch Link hidden: Login to view as well

Kindly PM me the keywords you used so I can test them from my end.

Also, please note that if the keyword returns with dashes this simply means the universal search limit for the keyword has been reached. The research labs will reset its search counters every 7th day of each month.

You might want to try and use a different browser as well as clear your cache for your current browser.

I tried chrome, safari browsers still no results.

I tried hanbags, baseball bats.

Hello spatel9,

Kindly try clearing your browser cache. I just ran your keywords - Handbags, baseball bats and I was able to fetch Link hidden: Login to view from my end.

Also it could be that you have reached your daily limit of 10 searches thus no result was returned.

Please let us know how you get on.

I tested your Research Lab, logged in under your account and I got results for the keywords "handbags" and "baseball bats" -

So I tried with firefox and I can see results for handbags and baseball bats.

But now when I enter ipods nothing comes, when i enter purses nothing comes, designer handbags nothing comes.

I wonder if this is being added whenever I ask for it.

Is this live data?

I must say, I am still having the same problems (as others in this thread). I just performed my first search for today (or even the past week): iphone 4 case.

Nothing came up, but dashes in each row. I am disappointed, because a big plus for joining Salehoo, is the research lab. It is too unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Please be informed that I had a recent conversation with the head of our development and this is what he told me -

I just spoke with the head of our development team and he has confirmed that they are currently working on an updated Research Labs, which fixes the issue you raised regarding saving the latest reports on the dashboard. This fix/update will improve the labs overall, and will be due out in a few weeks to a month.
