Prepaid visa card/gift card that can be reloaded via credit card online

I am looking for a prepaid visa card that can be reloaded online via credit card issued from a different country (not USA)

I want to link it with paypal.

Hi ibrahimkoky,

A credit card can be linked with PayPal. I am not aware of any debit card (or another visa credit card) that can be loaded using another credit card. You may get in touch directly with banks or financial institutions if they can provide this service.

There are various reloadable visa debit cards available online, however it would be hard to make a recommendation as I have not used them personally and you you did not specify which country you prefer, you only mentioned not USA.

You can try search online for 'prepaid visa card' and you'll find certain options which will hopefully suit your requirements.

Richellemonfort, the country is Egypt, but as you might know that Egypt is not on paypal maps. thats why i am looking for any kinda of prepay visa card or whatever it is called, buy it must be reloaded so I don't have to get a new card and so link every new card I get with paypal. and in the mean time I am able to reload it from my Egyptian visa. the problem with most prepaid visa gift card based in the US, the government forces them to collect all info even the SSN. So I am thinking is the prepaid visa card is based in a different country which paypal accept and the allow me to reload the prepaid visa card via my egyptian credit card without asking for many information as long as i am giving my visa card right information.

sorry for my long explanation, but i have been doing researches over and over. And just remembered i have a salehoo account :-), think it might help.
