Consumer Electronics dropshipper wanted

I am based in India and would like to sell consumer electronics products on ebay USA, though most dropshippers require the resellers to be US residents having relevant resale certificate etc. That I don't have. Can anyone suggest US dropshippers accepting Indian residents? Also advise me on the legal-business formalities involved here.
