I'm sorry to hear of your present circumstances at eBay. What exactly were you selling?

I know English is not your first language, and I understand that but I'm having a really hard time understanding what you are trying to say.

Regarding eBay account suspensions - It depends, some sellers still get to have their accounts reinstated provided they provide all the documents requested by eBay, although for many an account suspension could mean the end of their selling career on eBay.

Could you just highlight for us what type of suspension was it, was it an actual eBay suspension that closed your account or was it a PayPal suspension?

How long had you had the eBay account and what type of products you were selling.

Hard to say without knowing the full details, however I have this feeling that the products you were listing may well have been branded, but not genuine.

More detail will give us a better idea of what is going on.

OK, the first thing I would suggest you do is contact the company you purchased the item through or was drop shipping through, and ask them to send you proof of authenticity.

My feeling is that your account has been cancelled due to listing, what they suspect is a fake brand name product, and at this point you will get no satisfaction from eBay unless you can get that proof of authenticity from the supplier.

There is absolutely no guarantee that eBay will even review your case with that proof, but it's your best chance at this stage. Get that proof and then you have some hope of getting your account reinstated.
