Can SaleHoo help with reliability of suppliers?

hello every body..

i red many posts and reviwes in fact am very sad and disapointed i make my own research and found many of reviewes is right,many company is not true suppliers,have many problems in delivery,prices is more than my local country even not have a good services.

another things many of salehoo suppliers is in google website i mean it is very easy to find and give it try,in fact salehoo must have thire reviewe!!

salehoo must help us to find if that supplier is true and trusted not make us to gives a try and lose some money then help salehoo by our reviewed that is not acceptable,please salehoo you have a great stuff and very helpfull make your own research and tell us who is trusted and real supplier.

May I ask what gave you the impression that our suppliers are not true and trustworthy?

Just to clarify, I would like to inform you that each and every supplier that is being added to the directory has been verified by SaleHoo staff members. We take a number of steps to ensure that suppliers meet our rigorous standards before they are added to the database.

* All our wholesalers must meet minimum standards of service. Most notably, we insist that suppliers provide secure payment methods so that in the unlikely event of something going wrong, members can always get their money back.

* We make anonymous purchases from all our suppliers and then rate them on price, speed, quality and service.

* Our three-tiered review system means that you don't only get our opinion on a supplier - you also get ratings from other SaleHoo members and independent eBay powersellers! You don't need to take just our word for it... find out what everyone else is saying, and judge for yourself.

* If a supplier receives a poor review, we keep both the supplier and the review in our database to alert other members. We believe that knowing who you can't trust is as important as knowing who you can.

You also have to take note that price is not a category that makes a supplier a trusted supplier. For many wholesalers you need to approach them and ask further to get better prices - The greater your order volume the lower the price will go. Although its another story for dropshipping, where there is pretty much no room for haggling, what you see is what you get.

As for reviews, there have been reviews added by admin, but please take into consideration the total number of suppliers in our directory. Reviews are not mandatory they are voluntary and therefore we cannot force each member to leave one. To help us in providing more reviews, we have hired the help of our resident Powersellers so you may find Powerseller reviews in some supplier profiles.

first i want to let you know that title is not mine my title was "salehoo please help us" i donot know how change it,and there is big gap between tow titles,.

sec.it is really nice what you said and am really agree with you,all i want that provide a best rated or top trusted suppliers.that will very help newbie member like me and will make many suppliers work hard to get on top,you can start with very very small list anyway it just point of viwe

The title was edited to reflect your concerns, so that other members who have the same concerns can easily search for information in our forum, but if you prefer the title you originally made, I have reverted it back and moved your post to Coffee Lounge.

As much as we would want to provide a generic list of top rated suppliers for every newbie, I think it would not be feasible since each seller has different supplier requirements and product needs. What may work for you may not necessarily work for another new member.

We would be more than happy to help you search for suitable suppliers. Just let us know what products you are interested in and if you have any supplier preferences so we can do a search for you.
