Please tell me if i can trust in www.hkeleconline.com, i have some e-mails with a vendor and the payments metods are unsafe. i want to start with a little bit requirement, and when i asking them how i can trust. they offer me pay in advance 50% and the other 50% when the goods arrived to my country., and offer free ship.

they send me too some track numbers, and when I check this seems that all is correct, here are this :

in the website the number is 0086-151-604-59307, its different in one number, i call to the first number and dont exist, the second is busy.

could you please contact or verify if this supplier is not an scammer

If they say that they have branded goods beware. The branded goods they sell in China are fake and you could have a problem selling them on ebay.

dmdiscounts has a very good point. China is definitely not a place to go to for anything branded and the same goes for Chinese suppliers. You either loss you money (because you won't get your order at all) or you waste it since you'll end up with fake products.

hkelecononline.com is a relatively new site, it was created just last 09-Sept-2010. Ideally we recommend dealing with sites that have been online for at least 2 years. Based on the phone numbers you listed and confirmed by the whois search result this company is based in China yet offers top brand products like Apple?! Another thing you have to take note of, western union should never be a payment method to consider. Why? Simply because there is no way for you to get your money back once you send it so in short its NOT safe.

Another thing, I noticed is that the Hong Kong address you provided in your post is completely different from the one on their site...

Seeing the tracking numbers, I assume you have ordered. Am I right? I hope not :( There are just too many signs indicating this is a supplier you should stay away from!

Also, correct me if I'm wrong but are you now having trouble reaching this supplier? If you are its not a good sign. The second site you mentioned jerseybuyer.com is also a Chinese site so stay away from that one too!

I don't make orders because i can't talk with the contact at the phone number, they send me the track numbers for checking, they said that is for other clients in USA, and when check i see that is all correct, but i can obtain this track numbers too is easy, only change the numbers.

Glad to learn you haven't purchased anything from this supplier. www.hkeleonline.com is not a member of the SaleHoo directory and based from Richelle's investigation it will not currently qualify as one.

Most of the legitimate sellers will be accepting more than one form of payment, so you need to be cautious if one supplier tells you that they can only accept Western Union money transfer. Anyone can pick up such payment whenever they can show either a proper ID or a money transfer number (MTCN).

Western Union does not provide any escrow service or any kind of purchase protection. Once you send the money, there will be no way for you to get it back. This money transfer service should be clearly advertised as a service to be used in sending money between two persons that know each other. It provides fast and convenient way of sending cash to people you 'know'. It should not be used as payment methods in doing business with strangers. If you send money through Western Union, the recipient can withdraw it anywhere without restrictions.
