First of all, you should know that MK Enterprise has been in our directory for several years and we have always maintained an excellent relationship with them. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS: This problem is usually a result of the SaleHoo member’s email client blocking MK Enterprise’s email or sending it to spam. We know of several instances where this has occurred causing a great deal of unnecessary frustration on both sides! Please ensure that you add @mkenterprise.com to your whitelist so that all correspondence can get through.

PEOPLE LOSING MONEY - As with all large companies processing hundreds of orders a day, the occasional delay or mishap can occur. Of the few complaints we have received and forwarded to MK Enterprise, all have received a satisfactory resolution or a full refund.
