This is a scam. Like Ivrsell said, don't waste your time reading it and if you get anymore in the future delete them immediately. A reputable company won't be using free email accounts as their primary means of contact.

The free email account is always a good indicator of a sham site, but a quick check on the whois database will give you domain details to check up on.

It's a very good research tool.

Here's what I do to check out a 'company'. First, if you go to your browser in type in 'expss78 scam' or 'expss78.com scam', you'll get quite a few hits if they are a scammer. Then I go to godaddy.com and search the website name. For those of you not sure what I mean by this, I'll explain just in case! You actually put in the website name as if you are interested in purchasing the name. It will tell you that the name is already taken, but then you can see the information on the site. It will tell you when the site was purchased, when it expires, who purchased it, etc. Depending on what I find from these two searches, I either know right away that they are a scam or I have to do a little more digging. Hope this helps!

Just make sure to read comments when you do a search for scam. People express their opinions all the time about companies online. One thing to look out for is the reason the scam post was made. If all of them line up to the same thing. No products and loss of money. But many use the word scam no matter what the problem. Maybe the item was damaged in shipping and they got broken items. Many companys say its not their fault and you have to file a complaint with the shipping company. I bought a camera from a company that was listed as a scammer because of just misc complaints. I got my camera and have been using it since last year with no problems. Research is key to finding suppliers. If a company does thousands of transactions a year they will have complaints just make sure you read those complaints and look for a pattern. If there is not pattern they are probably legit.
