as you know paypal has been giving me a big headache and i know you recommend merchantinc.com to do credit card payment

few questions though

i have personal checking that i do transactions with but i dont have a business account or legal name

anyway i can bypass or do i have to have that?

i appreciate anyone giving me a detailed instruction.

Well I have a business account as well but Im using my personal checking account linked to the merchant account. Works perfect for me. I dont want to pay the extra fees to move all of my stuff over to my business account so I just use that for checks \.
