Honestly, I'm not too sure about the supplier you are asking about. On their Alibaba profile, their address is in the US, yet they told you the products will ship from UK?!
There is an Acumen Electronics Inc UK site but they sell motorcycle alarms and other motorcycle electronics, there is no way of telling if they are one and the same. It's pretty hard to do a background check on a supplier on Alibaba.com but if they have their own site it would be easier.
So far, I think it would be safer to stay away from this supplier, even if they say they accept PayPal payments.
