If this requirement is not satisfied, the following restriction is to be observed, and I copy paste:
• If you list eBooks in a category other than the Everything Else category, you need to:
• Send the eBook by postal mail.
• Include the following text in your listing, word for word. We recommend copying and pasting the following text into your item description. Be sure to use the same font size as the rest of your description.
I will send this eBook by postal mail. Sending it by email or by any other digital delivery method is not allowed and violates eBay policy.
Therefore, should you decide to list the EBook in other categories, a tangible product must be delivered. This is done by burning / copying the EBbooks into a CD whenever there is a purchase. This CD will then be post mailed to the buyers in compliance with this EBay policy.
